We ask you your industry and geography intentionally so that we can enforce strict geographical usage limitations of ideas we create for every IdeaWhim customer. All IdeaWhim concepts and ideas are based on the initial creative direction you provide to us in your text briefing responses to our initial questions.

Absolutely. We offer a "3 Whim Collaboration Sessions" product you can purchase for $219 (additional to your initial $54.95 Single IdeaWhim Session).

A core value of our company is transparency. In keeping with that core value, if you hate everything we came up with or the work appears to be off in another universe, we will give you a 100% refund within fourteen (14) days after purchase. Our success is inextricably tied to your success and satisfaction. No questions asked.

We are well aware that the IdeaWhim concept itself is going to likely upset more traditional creative agency types, for example. But we believe that the power of great ideas have a life of their own and will keep you coming back for more. That's how we make a living. And it's incredibly fun and satisfying. If your briefing responses lead us to conclude that we will need more time than 2 hours to come up with solid concepts for you, then we will text you immediately. Our belief is that you want good ideas to begin with. Sometimes it might take us a bit longer to flush out something really compelling for you. But we will keep you well informed in advance.
