4. We'll get started creating
We will begin work within a 2-hour timeframe to come up with multiple ideas and concepts based on your direction. During this period, we might reach back out via text for additional information. We also might send preliminary ideas for you to react "yay" or "nay" to for guidance.
5. Within 2 hours, you will receive a text notification
Our creative advisory board will review all ideas prior to delivering your IdeaWhims to you after your payment has been processed.
6. We'll send you a PDF with your IdeaWhims via text
We will send you an attached PDF of the IdeaWhims we created for you. Please be sure to give us feedback on the ideas provided. We want to know the good in addition to where we might have missed the mark. If the creative ideas provided to you are, in your assessment, "completely out of left field" and you feel are unusable, we will provide you with a 100% refund within fourteen (14) business days. In addition, we will undertake another 2-hour session of creative ideation at no charge and provide you with those new concepts upon completion. We stand by our work. We believe that you will honor the trust we place in you to be forthright and honest with us.
