We will send you an attached PDF of the IdeaWhims we created for you. Please be sure to give us feedback on the ideas provided. We want to know the good in addition to where we might have missed the mark. If the creative ideas provided to you are, in your assessment, "completely out of left field" and you feel are unusable, we will provide you with a 100% refund within fourteen (14) business days. In addition, we will undertake another 2-hour session of creative ideation at no charge and provide you with those new concepts upon completion. We stand by our work. We believe that you will honor the trust we place in you to be forthright and honest with us.
